Letters, phone calls, emails & forms for clients and third parties completed out of session. Scoring and interpretation of client-requested social work assessments Please note I do not write legal reports. | 0-15 mins during a session – $0 5-15 minutes – $25 16-30 minutes – $50 31-45 minutes – $100 46-60 minutes – $150 Urgency fee for letters requested to be provided within the next 48 hours: $15. |

The full fee is required the day of your appointment by online processing through our practice management system ‘Power Diary’. Your selected payment preference and details will be provided by you following the initial intake and your signed consent to do so.
We are not currently doing Medicare rebates however our fee structure has been designed to ensure out of pocket expenses are equivalent to other practices in our field.
Concessions apply for eligible clients (this will be decided by your therapist after an initial intake session).
You do not need a referral for this service, but other services may refer you.
We are NDIS registered for therapeutic support.
We understand that your time is valuable, and in return, we welcome your mutual respect for our practitioners’ time, along with other patients who are on our waitlist. Life Shift Therapy has a firm 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that fall within 48 hours of your scheduled consultation will incur 50% of the consultation fee. Failure to attend your consultation will result in booking forfeit and 100% of the consultation fee.
Appointments and wellbeing are important to Life Shift Therapy and we are happy to accomodate changes if you need to reschedule with notice. For any changes please call or text 0436 399 951 with a minimum of 48 hrs notice and we will make contact to confirm.
